Westfield Health Brand Optimisation

Creating consistency for a healthy future


Westfield Health is a Sheffield based health and wellbeing company established in 1919. They provide well-being services, mental health support, gym management and health insurance to almost 9,000 corporate clients and 400,000 individuals across the UK and Europe.

The challenge

As with many larger organisations Westfield Health’s brand identity and marketing assets had become frayed and inconsistent over the years. This, therefore, has led to confusion within the organisation and a lost of consistency and brand clarity.

What was undertaken

We started by getting to the nitty gritty, chatting with a broad spectrum of people across multiple departments. After reviewing the feedback gathered from the conversations we identified the exact problems and gauged what needed to be done to solve them – a plan of attack was formed.

With the logo to remain we knew that the brand identity system was in need of strengthening. We therefore, produced a suite of distinctive and versatile graphics and iconography for their internal teams to adopt easily – distinct visual assets that amplified their existing personality.

We also formulated a colour palette, designed numerous templates and produced an innovative and user-friendly brand guidelines document, used by internal teams and external suppliers.
